Part-Time/Full Time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as a primary provider. 

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Wisconsin.

• Experience in an orthopedic setting.

• Experience with intra-articular injections a big plus.

• Working with osteoarthritis knee and shoulder patients.

• Initial gross examinations and evaluation of disease state.

• Radiograph using Orthoscan mini c-arm unit.

• Fitting and instructing patients on use of DME.

• Initiate arthrogram through contrast fluoroscopy.

• Intra-articular injections of viscosupplementary materials.

• Blood collection for extraction of PRP.

• Work with physical therapists to advise on patient condition and instruct on PT protocol for specific patients.

• Work collaboratively with Physical Therapy and Medical Director.

• Attend and contribute to weekly case management meetings via video conference.

• Complete patient record entries and keep EMR updated.

• Attend ongoing trainings as required.

• Work efficiently and collaboratively with all related practice staff.

• Additional duties as assigned by Medical Director.
